Description of Work: We have used Joshua's for several years now. Everyone is always very nice. They definitely come as many times as needed. It is rare for the same person to come to the house twice so they never really get to know the place or what is needed. I wish they would do a better, more thorough job of de-webbing outside. We are lucky to have a gopher "warranty" included in the quarterly fee so anytime we have gopher activity, we can call for service. I understand that they no longer offer the gopher warranty.

Description of Work: Joshua's performs pest control services every three months, including bait stations for rats and spraying for other pests, including snails. They took over from a competitor that was more expensive. Joshua's has done an excellent job and will perform an extra service between quarterly visits at no cost, if requested. They also spray for snails, which my prior service wouldn't do. Their technicians have always been polite, efficient, and professional.
