Description of Work: They provide quarterly routine visits with inside and outdoor treatment tied to the season, the property, and any special requests. Included are interim treatments at customer request. They are always polite and responsive.

Description of Work: We used Joshua's for many years. While they were reasonably and competitively priced with others, we never really loved their service. There was always a revolving door of technicians and I felt like I was starting over every month walking a different guy through the details of our property. It was exhausting. We also had a bad experience with a technician who was clearly new and using the chemical sprayer like a hose, with little attention to detail or caution. Chemicals were spraying out of the hose all over our patio furniture. We now use a more professional company who sends the same two technicians out monthly and they know our property and understand what we want.

Description of Work: They do a quarterly service for us for the past few years. Never been disappointed. They come out between regular visits if you need something. They call a day or 2 before they come out to see if you have any particular trouble areas they need to pay more attention too. Very pleased and I will continue to use them.

Description of Work: The week before they came out when I called and verified we had some termite activity. They recommended coating all joists/beams/etc in the attic with a borax solution and putting some foam in the wall near our bedroom window for an active infestation. They came when scheduled, explained everything thoroughly and did the work. They were friendly and competent and there has been no sign of termite activity since the treatment.
