Jim Klempan

Jim has worked in our office with our remodel and his work ethic as well as the material results are amazing. He has been nothing but attentive and accomodating to everyone's request. I know anything he works on is done well and I recommend you contact him in advance because he is in demand.

I've been using the same one for almost 2 years now. I use him like twice a year. I'd say it's probably average (price) so I'd say a C. He's responsive.

He is incredibly talented and his work is meticulous. He has good ideas for what products to use (e.g., rust coming through on a coat rack/sculpture, etc.) He works efficiently and gets the job done, and his estimates for about how much time it will take him are right on target.

Excellent work, curteous, vacuumed when work was completed.

Jim is responsive, friendly and professional. I had a tile floor to get in place the week before Christmas; he rearranged his schedule and finished up before the holiday. I appreciated the responsiveness and quality work done. Will contract him for other work in the future.

Very well, Jim was very thorough, polite, and very knowledgeable. He was ontime. He explained everything and even recommended replacing some things rather than repair them. Very honest.

He came out 8/22 to look at the job and I never heard from him again.

Jim was a real pleasure to work with, not only because of his pleasant demeanor and the good work he did but the advice he gave us on getting done what we wanted. He was not afraid to talk us out of things which were impractical or unwise. We were pleasantly surprised he was able to do the electrical and plumbing work which we thought we would need a general contractor to do. He charged us by the hour and didn't waste any time so the final price was quite reasonable. With the variety of things we initially asked him of him, he was more than willing to do them all.

Working with Jim was a nice experience. Everything went well. The final work was well done and looking great, he was very neat to work, and himself within the initially arranged time frame. Jim is very professional and a very nice guy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

It was awesome! I called Jim at noon and he was able to get here by 5. He was quick, efficient, and very pleasant.

He came over after a job at 4:30pm. Went right to work. Did not have lock for door said he would come back no extra charge. I called him back he came next night. He measures everythin and lets you know what's needed.

He came out to do the work and did not charge me to replace the fixture. I like that he shows up on time for the work. He is very professional. I like to do business with him.

He did a really good job, He did get the wrong part and we had to wait for the part to come in but overall he did a great job. He is very likeable.

We hired Jim to remodel our guest/hall bath. He arranged for the demo to be done by an associate that we paid separately. Jim performed all other services needed. We replaced all the tile- floor and walls including a decorative inset tile in the shower and sink backsplash. We put in a new tub, vanity mirror, medicine chest, toilet, towel bars/shelf and lighting. He added a dimmable light in the shower/tub area and a new bath fan. He also retextured the walls, painted and worked on leveling out areas on the floor. Jim estimated a three week time frame and he was right on the button. He is very punctual, and works very hard. He has worked for friends of mine and they are very pleased with his work. He is very particular about his work and getting things right. He also provided input as needed which helped me make good decisions. The cost of services includes my purchases for fixtures etc. and his labor and required materials. I would definitely hire him again. By the way- he is listed as a handyman, but he is a licensed contractor.

Everything was very good, no bad. He came immediately that very day. He came by our house on his way home from work and he worked pretty late that night just because of that. He was really nice. We liked him a lot. We did't like the price but I think that's the average.

Jim came gave great advice on the type flooring that would be durable and a cost-effective installation. And also options where to buy it, that is, where tthey had the best selection in stock for immediate purchase. We learned that other flooring types had the risk of escalating into an expensive prep job if the underflooring was discovered to need refurbishment. Jim got the job done in time and on budget.

He is very conscientious and does an excellent job. That is why I keep using him. His price is very reasonable. I have recommended him to several of my friends.

All the jobs that Mr. Klempan has done at my residence have been completed in an excellent manner. I am a very visual and "picky" person, and I have been very satisfied with the result. The cost I listed above covers several jobs. The garage especially was very time consuming as Mr. Klempan painted the walls several times for the paint to cover evenly and then had to put together and install cabinets along three walls.
