I had a major water leak. Called Josh and they showed up in a timely manner, made the repair and charged a very fair price. I'm very happy with the price and work.

Owner was knowledgeable. answered all my questions and made recommendations. Arrived on time and the work was completed quickly.

Excellent customer service!! my water heater went out on a Sunday and they were at my house within 2 hours of my call.

Called JG water late Friday afternoon, scheduled to convert 75 gallons tank to a tankless. Conversion, installation, roof top venting and back yard condensation pipe are all done nicely and cleanly in Saturday. Very happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the crew is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful highly recommended.

The owner was knowledgeable and clearly explained my options. While here he also noticed another problem I was having. I confirmed this with two other companies. I was impressed that he went out of his way to point something out , explain clearly what the potential hazards were, and offered a reasonable price to repair. Very gracious man!! The work on installing my hot water heater was seamless. His staff arrived on time, cleaned up and again made sure I understood things like water shut off valves. I'm a single female so all of the input they provided was invaluable! Highly recommend them.

My tankless water heater broke down and I needed a replacement. I called several plumbers and their quotes were outrageous. JG Water Heaters gave me the lowest quote. When they got home they saw that the previous installation was not up to code. I knew then that the price will increase, rightly so. They explained me what they went over the installation process and the parts needed and also gave me the choices of the Tankless water heaters they could install, as well as the pricing. I selected the one and they install it the in about 4 hours. Excellent service with no issues. I would definitely recommend JG Water Heaters.

Great install

JG Water Heaters provided an estimate of all costs which included items which might be needed to bring everything up to code. He recommended the American Standard 40-gal. water heater because it was a mechanical water heater without electronic components (which were the most common item to fail during the warranty period). He arrived on time, performed clean up, and did a fantastic and professional job! I would recommend this company to perform a water heater replacement and would definitely hire them again.

These guys are pros! Not only are they very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in terms I understand, but there work looks pristine. My entire water system got the most beautifully done upgrade. It works great and Iâ m extremely happy with it all. Super easy going guys as well.

Joshs and Gregg were so fast to respond, even though my inquiry was on a Sunday evening. They called me and talked through all the options then came out the next morning to inspect my house and determine what was best for my situation. The work was fast, affordable and of high quality.
