JEM Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

I was trying to get several plumbers (5 to be precise) for a quote to relocate the water heater in our house and to install a tank less water. This was a somewhat extensive project, which requires gas line upgrade and re-plumbing of water lines. With most of the plumbers I had the feeling that they didn't even understand the actual task of the project. Juan in comparison got it right away. He asked the right questions and really knew his stuff! He came out to our house twice to make sure everything can be completed as planned and then he provided a very detailed and professional quote. One could tell, he is very serious about the work he does. He was not been the cheapest, but I would have still hired him over everyone else in a heart beat! Unfortunately SDG&E had some ridiculous requirements for the gas meter upgrade which made this project unaffordable, which is why we did not move forward with it. Nevertheless, the professionalism which which Juan handled the quotation process was fantastic. So, if you have a complex task, he is probably the guy to deal with.
