Description of Work: Called multiple times to schedule a bid for a large project, left multiple messages. Never received a return call.

Description of Work: We will never know how he would have performed because he never showed up after saying he would. We were very dissappoinyted in his professionalism. Have not heard anything since he (Chris Grippi) said he would come to do a bid.

Description of Work: He came out and repaired a loose balcony .

Description of Work: Chris came out and gave me an estimate on master bath and closet remodel. They started on scheduled, but after one day on the job and demoing our bedroom, they stopped showing up. Apparently Chris left the company. The workers they were using went back to Mexico. Jose kept promising me that they will start tomorrow for 2 weeks and never showed up. I understand that people can leave their job, but the problem that I have is that Jose lied to me everyday for 2 weeks. I had him keep the $1000 for demo and fired him. I found the real information from others. I definitely stay away!!!

Description of Work: We called them and others for a quote and they were very informative, helpful and patient over the phone. They suggested that we do not add a porch to this house since we were planning on moving in a couple of years and we would not be able to get the value of the porch from the sales price since homes are falling in price right now. I felt their honesty deserved a report even thought we did not actually use them. Too bad because I really like the ocean view and a porch would have made the view even more romantic! (Estimate $12800.)

Description of Work: Replace drywall, paint walls, re-stretch carpet, patch closet, add base to a dinning room & den area after water damage.

Description of Work: Jose laid a ceramic floor in our master bathroom. He came in underbudget and arrived on time. Very professionally. Very hard worker. Reasonable price.

Description of Work: They replaced 75 feet of back fence. The estimates included patio cover repair, but that part of job was postponed until later.

Description of Work: Modified existing corridor to come into compliance for a one hour rated fire corridor. Reframed walls with double 5/8 gypsum boards. Also framed and installed 2 fireproof doors.

Description of Work: 600 sq ft room addition, stucco, plumbing, electrical, framing, ceramic tile, carpet, paint.

Description of Work: Constructed a 400sq ft deck in our backyard. Custom benches, stairs, and an awning. The deck looks great.
