+ -1 moreOld water heater gave out, contacted our home warranty co. for service. They were unresponsive, so we had to find our own plumber. The general contractor we have used for home repairs recommended JC Plumbing from Murrieta, CA. I reached Jack Havlicheck (owner) on the first try, and explained our situation. He only recommended a few brands of water heater, and would only install those. After finding one, he came out personally and installed it, doing a SUPERIOR job with all aspects of the job. I was more than pleased with the QUALITY of the work, going much beyond what I expected. The price was eventually reimbursed by the home warranty co. but for a 75 gal. new Rheem, I was pleased. The job site was left better than he found it. JC Plumbing is terrific, and I will use them again, should the need arise. I've experienced several plumbers in my life, and Jack is superior to them all. I only wish Angie's List would let me review him in Murrieta, but they restrict my use to my own general zip code, and Murrieta is 60 miles away.
