+ -1 moreIt didn’t! They were recommended by another locksmith because they’re supposedly 24hr. After they didn’t answer my call, I texted per instructions in their voicemail. It’s been over 2 hours and still no response. Not sure where all these great reviews came from but I’d be suspicious. It’s one thing if there’s a reason they can’t complete the job but to not even reply?
Description of Work: Lost my keys & needed to get into my apartment.

+ -1 moreI can't remember the guy's name but he was very friendly. He was punctual, fast, and reasonably priced. I'd recommend to others.
Description of Work: I needed my front door lock rekeyed and he did my mailbox lock also. 5 keys and 2 locks done in 1 hour for $100.

+ -1 moreI was having a problem using my front door locks with my key. Called Jim at 8 pm. He suggested I try a couple things first but when I described the nature of the problem he opted to head over. Jim showed up promptly and replaced a key and cleaned the locks and then showed me how to do it. Very friendly and professional.
