They checked everything for leaks, and just everything they could think of. It turns out my neighbor may have been using my outdoor faucets to water their garden. They capped all but one of the faucets and my bill hasn't been double yet.

I had them put a disposal in. It cost $300. Generally I like them a lot. I just would have preferred a different disposal, that's the only reason I'm down grading him a little bit. I like the fact that he's very very clean and he does clean up after himself and he's always done a good job. Interactions with him are very good.

I smelled gas in my laundry room when my dryer was on but the gas odor was intermittent so I thought it was just my imagination.. I contacted J.A. Brien and spoke to Cheryl in the office and she scheduled an appt. Jon came out and said that the gas valve was leaking and he replaced it within a few minutes. He showed me the bad part and explained why the valve was leaking intermittently. That made me realize that the gas I was smelling wasn't just my imagination. These guys were GREAT and they will be the only plumber I will ever use!!! These guys are STELLAR!

We hired JA Brien after a friend recommended the company. (This was after we'd hired a big, corporate plumbing company that sent out a plumber who did not know what he was doing.) Jon is very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. He's not the least expensive plumber around but he's good at his job. Jon is good at prioritizing, he's personable, and he'll drop everything to be there if you have a plumbing emergency. His manager, Cheryl, has wonderful people skills.

The price given was a little high. They had office manager that you can talk to and it was very easy to work with them.

It did not go well. The plumber that came and represented the company tried to talk me into doing things that I did not feel that I needed. He tried to scare me into doing more things, which I did, but was upset with myself for doing it. He even tried to get the painter to regrout one of the toilets because he didn't want to wait until the painter got out of the room!

We remodeled a couple rooms a few years ago and since then we have used them for any plumbing needs. They speak in plain English when describing work and their prices are very fair and I trust them a lot!

I am very pleased with their work. I have used them for years. They seem like family because they send us Christmas cards and everything. They have very personable service.
