Completed the tile and grout with baseboards, some of the caulking on the baseboards was sub par work, tried to have him correct but did not response to our request as well as the tub enclosure caulking was sub par.  The kitchen countertops were not completed the sink was left disconnected and had to hire a plumber to correct the issue.  We tried numerous times via, email, text and telephone  calls to address the issues.  The work debris which we paid for was not completed we had to remove the old carpet and padding, as well as the old toilets and left over construction debris tile, paint and other items.
The work was initiated at the end of November and all work stopped in first week of February.  We hired another contractor to complete our countertops and install the sliding patio door.

We were out of town when John and Bob did the roofing job.  We came home to a completed job.  Job well done!

The job was completed as promised with no problems and no delays.

All work was EXCELLENT.  We were planning a party and wanted our patio to look nice.  John began our work on very short notice and finished quickly.  He did anything extra we asked of him and always completed the job with no hesitation.  Very important....John and Bob were here when they said they would be here (which was always a problem with our previous handyman).  His prices are very reasonable.  We already have plans to call John for more work we need done.  I would definitely recommend John for anyone needing a handyman.  Again, excellent work, prices, trustworthy and a very nice person!

I had a complete remodel done of my kitchen, extra bathroom and had a new dinning room added to the house. All work was done by the John and his helper on time and on budget. Never any problems with his crew. Always very helpful and never gave me a hard time for minor changes I wanted to made during remodeling and all was done without and additional labor charge. Only thing that i paid extra for if more materials were needed to do my changes. Great guys to work with, did job and was done 2 weeks faster that planned. I was there everyday watching the work and I can tell you this, top quality work. Great job, supper clean and always looked out for me and my family during construction. Great, Great job.  I can not thank them enough.
