International Bath and Tile

Good selection if you like porcelain and that’s about it. Constantly saying they’re giving you a good price, but I have to show them online pricing just to get them to be reasonable with their pricing. They forgot about a return I had for two months and lost part of the return and won’t issue me a credit for the part they lost. I had a bad feeling from Lorin the whole way through. She is not an ethical business person.

This is the second time we have used International Bath and Tile. The first was for a general home remodel and this time for a kitchen remodel. Both times we have been impressed with their selection of fixtures and price. We bought Toto toilets, high end faucets the first time, and kitchen stainless sinks and faucets, as well as marble subway tile this time. I shopped around quite extensively at showrooms and on-line. IBT had best prices on most items. This time I worked with Purvita, and although busy, she was responsive by email and phone. Orders came in on time or within a few days of expected date. One faucet was noted, by our plumber, to be damaged and he could not install it. It was taken back and replaced without hassle, and within a few days. Marble tile was best price I found and came in within a week. My only complaint has been lack of efficient communication when items come in - I've learned that I need to call and check. When you pick up your item, the storeroom folks are friendly and carry items to your car for you. But they need to type out a receipt, item by item, which is a bit slow and odd that they cannot print out a copy from the sales order. The manager said they would look at that process, so possibly its fixed by now. We highly recommend IBT.

We wanted and quot;Tabarkaand quot; custom tiles for our kitchen backsplash and only a handful of San Diego stores offer their unique line of tile. We were referred to International Bath and Tile by Tabarka and it was a wonderful suggestion. Sandra helped us place a custom order and she knew their product line inside and out. We had a fantastic experience. If anyone wants this specific line of tile I would recommend working with Sandra since she is so familiar with this unique and totally custom product. Ordering can be overwhelming so it's important to work with someone experienced in the little details.

We had a great experience. Sandy in particular did a fantastic job at helping us make decisions and gave us great ideas. I would highly recommend them. They also didn't overprice us and were less than other competitors.

THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND INTERESTED IN THE PROJECTS YOU'RE WORKING ON. THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT SELECTION OF UPSCALE TILES AND ACCESSORIES THAT MANY OTHER STORES DON'T HAVE.
