Fantastically.

Because of a water leak, we lost the use of two bathrooms. I was not looking forward to the reconstruction. I contacted Integrity Restoration and they immediately were on the job. Cindi came out to do the estimation and then assigned Patrick as the contractor. Patrick saw to it that everything ran smoothly and that the work was done correctly. All the workers, especially Marcelo, were on time, neat, clean, courteous and performed their job extremely well. I would highly recommend them.

My Project was an insurance claim for water damage in my kitchen and adjacent spare bedroom. The refrigerator water supply line was leaking and destroyed my lower cabinets, dry wall and I also had water damaged in the spare room since they shared the same wall. The damage in the spare room was minimal, carpet, dry wall and Wayne’s coating on one wall and of course paints. I was told it would take two and half weeks maybe a little longer due to all the rain damage claims that the company was handling and the availability of their dry wall personnel. I was also told that on daily basis I would have workers at my home from 0800-1600 Monday thru Friday. So my project started off well, my dry wall was done quicker than I expected (first thing done), which made me think that the project was going to move and be done in a timely manner. To my surprise that did not happen, there were days no one would show up to my house, and all I had done was dry wall and a temporary laundry sink installed in my home. Dry wall dust throughout my home, furniture and items that were supposed to be moved into my garage still located in my spare room covered in dust. They even painted the room with the contents in the room. So after I complained and told my project manager that I had enough and I was going to lay the laminate floor my self during the weekend (this due to the change order not being completed yet even though I told him on our initial meeting that I would rather have laminate flooring then carpet installed) he was able to have somebody come out and lay the floor. The floor came out nicely; I ended up moving all of the contents back in the room that I removed earlier. There were many small paint issues that needed to be corrected, not a big deal, but again this is a professional service and it should have been done professionally to begin with. So jumping a head about a week after my spare room was completed and my intial complaint to the project manager I came home to cabinets being installed into my kitchen. I was excited, for the first few minutes. See my estimate and what my insurance was paying for was for all of the lower cabinets (damaged from the water) and the upper cabinets (these were damaged during the removal by the mitigation team) on the one wall of my kitchen that was effected. After talking to the cabinet installer, he was told to repair them and reinstall them into the kitchen. I said this is a mistake and showed him the estimate; he said yea they are supposed to be replaced. He called the project manager and he basically told him to just repair and install the original cabinets and he also told him to tell me that. I was floored and angry, this was insurance fraud to me, and thankfully the cabinet installer said he did not feel comfortable with doing this. Needless to say I was done; I called Integrity Restoration and told the management what was going on. I told them what was going on and they said it was late on Friday and that they would be out on Monday to investigate what was going on. So that following Monday I meet with Jim, we was very concerned on how my project was being handled and pointed out that not only was I right about the upper cabinets needing to be replaced but all of my cabinets would need to be replaced because they could not match them. He apologized and said they would make it right even if they ended up taking a loss on the project. I told him ok fine, I need a new project manager, because I did not want my original one in my home again. He said he would be taking the project over and completing it for me. So after all of the resubmittals to the insurance company and finding cabinets that would work for my family Jim told me that Micah would be the main guy performing the install of the cabinets and also the remaining item lines. I was extremely happy with both Jim and especially Micah. Micah was on time every day, completely polite, friendly and his workmanship was outstanding. I truly hope that Integrity Restoration knows what type of employee Micah is and they strive to keep this young man around. He is the type of employee that has given this company such high grades. So needless to say the final product of my home is outstanding, we have a complete new Kitchen that me and my wife are extremely happy with. I know that a majority of my review is not a flattering review for this company, and that is due to the having the wrong person running my project. If I had Jim and Micah from the beginning, I would be able to rate this company as a five star company, but since I didn’t and I had so many issues I have to rate them lower then they probably deserve because of the lack of managing my project and knowingly try to put up the wrong cabinets, which in my opinion would have been fraud. If you choose to go with this company I urge you to ask for Jim and Micah to be the ones that you trust into your home to complete your restoration.

We were very pleased and impressed with the work that Integrity Restoration did for us after a roof leak. They referred us to an excellent roofer who was able to deal with a weirdly constructed roof and a stucco wall that had gotten the water damage. We had consulted 4 roofers before and their standard reply was I only do the roofing, not stucco walls. This roofer,Knitter Construction, did both, and well. Now to the inside. Integrity Restoration's contractors, Kelly and David Houston, were exceptional. They were prompt, professional, respectful, hard working, and efficient. They did an excellent job in a short period of time. The best part was that they were so easy to be around, very helpful, very kind to our doggies. I will call them again when I have another problem.

From the moment I called Integrity Restoration I was impressed with their customer service. I was dealing with a plumbing leak coming from a neighbor?s condo unit above my unit. It was an especially stressful situation as my condo is a rental property and I live out of state. Nancy Atkin set up an appointment right away and coordinated to have a plumber meet at the property at the same time as the estimator. I appreciated her email confirmations and updates on who would be meeting me at the property. Lan Ho was the estimator who was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to get Ritchie Fritz, the project manager, over to the unit that afternoon to discuss scheduling and emailed me the written estimate within a few hours of our appointment. Ritchie got that I was concerned about inconveniencing my tenant and that I wanted the job completed as quickly as possible. He was able to start the project within a few days and finish it quickly. Ritchie was a dream to work with throughout the process. His communication was excellent. Anytime I called or texted him he either answered his phone immediately or got back to me within minutes. He was so on top of the project at all times. Any small outstanding issues after the job was completed were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Tara Raines was helpful with the final billing. In summary, all of the employees of Integrity Restoration demonstrated an incredibly high level of responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail and thoroughness. I felt the quality of work was high and their pricing was fair. I so highly recommend this company!

It took them little over a year to complete the job. It was an insurance job. I would recommend them.

Some sub contracting however overall fine.

I could not be happier with their restoration and remodeling of my kitchen . Jim Taylor was the specific contractor. He and his guys were prompt , smart, fast, good, always cleaned up, and were patient with the highly detail-oriented person that I am. They also tried to save me money wherever possible. Over the many years I have owned my home i have remodeled multiple parts. It always takes longer.than one thinks it should. Integrity Restoration is the only company that I was 10o% satisfied with. You can really trust these guys. My kitchen is beautiful. I will recommend them to friends and use them for any future remodeling.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company within 18 years. All 3 emergencies, Lots of damage. Very dependable, good project management , timely always send the best sub-contractors. My 1st choice.

The job took 6 weeks longer than initially indicated by the manager. The manager scheduled several walk-throughs after the work and did not show up. The ceiling is crooked--when confronted with this information on the telephone he indicated that the walls were crooked and caused the crooked ceiling--which is not true. The work had to be re-done. The manager was dishonest and had fits of anger and rudeness. It was a nightmare.

They did a great job of remodeling our bathroom due to a leak that turned into a major problem. They were great to work with. Provided an accurate estimate, let us do some of the design work, and helped us save some money along the way. They were trustworthy and came when they said they would and finished the job to our satisfaction.

I had a chance to work with Integrity Restoration and had an amazing experience. Their outstanding professional supportive team made my remodeling experience almost enjoyable. Integrity remodeled my home in a timely professional manner, fulfilling all their promises and staying within their initial quote and estimated time line. Originally, I used their services to remodel my family room, which consisted of tiling the floor, changing my entire fireplace and painting. Integrity assisted in designing the fireplace and selecting the best flooring to fit my needs. All their staff was extremely professional, respectful and helpful, and did a fantastic job. I was so pleased with the quality of work,I then used them to completely remodel my master bath and closet. They were extremely helpful and patient with me during the design of the space and selection of materials. I was very impressed in their constant communication, always letting me know in advance when work was going to be done. Everybody that did work at my house, did an amazing job of keeping the area (and surrounding areas ) as clean as possible, ensuring my house was left as clean and tidy as when they came in. I would highly recommend Integrity Restoration to anybody who is thinking of getting any kind of work done to their home, I can’t reiterate enough, how professional and thorough they were in every aspect, from quoting my job to the final inspection. I am delighted with the results, and would use Integrity Restoration time and time again. Two thumbs up 

There were a few things at the end that were cosmetic, but needed to be fixed and they came back promptly and fixed them to our satisfaction.

We met with the Integrity Restoration Project Manager, who outlined the plan for repairs, construction and renovation. For us, this was an unplanned event, and of course we had questions and concerns. He was familiar with the paperwork process on the insurance end, as well as the construction side of the project. It was an intensive project to restore our home back to where we had been prior to the water loss. Integrity had a crew for each stage of the construction process. Integrity let us know each week what work was to be accomplished and what was scheduled on a specific day. Their work crews arrived on the days and time they said they would, dressed clean, skilled and focused on their assigned tasks. They were always respectful and professional. I must emphasize, they were punctual and always called if they were not going to arrive at the scheduled time. Our project manager was always very helpful in discussing construction options and design along with choices in materials. He was very knowledgeable and patient. When issues arose, he promptly and efficiently addressed them. The Project Manager was with us every step of the way. He always returned phone calls timely. He treated our home as if it were his own and expected high quality in their work product and accepted nothing less. It is my opinion, they live up to the name "Integrity" in all their business practices. If we ever found ourselves in need of a contractor for whatever reason, I would not hesitate to call Integrity Restoration.

The work took longer than we anticipated due to the scheduling of all the subcontractors. Rod was very pleasant to deal with and returned all of our calls promptly and was easy to reach. Had a few problems, the window did not fit the opening and the stucco did not get painted by the stucco contractor. However, Rod took it upon himself to make it right. Re-did the window opening so the window would fit, repaired the drywall and painted the stucco himself. One part of the job was disappointing. We also hired the company with the intention that they would replace the insulation and drywall below the balcony (our garage ceiling). Not surprisingly, they ran into some old dried up mold (no surprise there as the balcony had leaked). We had told them we thought the possibility was there that they would run into mold. Well all work came to a halt and they asked us to call a mold remediation company and gave us some references. We hired them, thinking they would take care of this for us.
