I have had approximately 15 home loans and refinances in my life and this particular one was processed faster that I could believe. Having people on his staff that worked in the escrow business for a long time enabled them to work with escrow companies that they were very familiar with. I not only got my loan approved, but I had my refinance completed in less than two weeks. There was very little cost to me and not only did they do my refinance, but they got me cash out that allowed me open a sizable savings account. This company should be the only company you consider.
