It went well, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was lowest of 4 inspectors I relieved quotes from. The only thing I would have like a little better was if he would've looked behind any of the appliances.

Will was right on time and got to work right away. He explained up-front what he would and would not do, so I knew he would not physically go in the attic or on the roof. This is a bit of a tradeoff because I have used other inspectors that will do these things, but they also charge quite a bit more. This being a newer home, I was willing to make the cost vs services tradeoff. The point is, make sure you ask/know what the inspector will NOT do so you are not surprised. Will spent just short of 4 hours inspecting the home. He was very open to questions that I had and also pointed out some things as he was doing the inspection. He definitely identified some issues that I did not notice or even know to look for, which made the cost of the inspection worth doing. The next day I received a 50+ page report that included details of his findings and photographs as appropriate. The reasons I am giving a "B" instead of an "A" in the quality rating are as follows: 1) He missed or did not report on several things that I noticed that were fairly obvious and I felt worthy of reporting. They were generally relatively minor items in the big-picture, but I thought they should have been noticed and reported. 2) There were a few things that he told me about during the inspection that were missing from the report. Again, they were relatively minor, but still should have been in the report in my opinion. He did immediately revise his report after I asked about them. I would not let the minor discrepancies I am highlighting dissuade you at all from using Inspection Perfection. Without paying signicantly more for an inspection, I would expect any inspector to miss a few things here and there, and I am sure there are many that would miss a lot more than Will did. In my opinion, it's really about finding the show-stopper issues, which I believe Will did a good job of looking for and reporting.
