First of all, Jim helped to buy 5 houses from 2010 to 2015, which is bottom of market. i got all of houses in really good deal. since then he has been helping for renting my house like advertisement, open house, back ground check of tenant, advise for choosing tenant, all paper work for lease. he is very reliable, friendly and professional to work with. I really recommend jim to other people.

Jim did an excellent job selling our house. He was professional, always available, and provided very helpful advice to get our house ready so that it would appeal to buyers. We also had the additional challenge of living out of state while renting out the house. Jim was very respectful of our tenant's privacy, made himself available to interview contractors, and even took care of minor repairs himself. His calm and professional demeanor helped us get through the process smoothly, which is especially helpful with such a stressful transaction. I really appreciated that he was down to earth and pragmatic. Unlike other realtors we interviewed, he didn't talk our ears off about how successful and rich he is. Instead, he talked to us about what he could do for us and how we could maximize our return on investment. Thanks to Jim we got a very good price for our house (more than we initially hoped for!). A lot of realtors tend to price their houses low because it allows them to sell fast (a lower price doesn't have much of an impact on their commission). Other realtors will try to win your listing by suggesting an overly aggressive valuation, which results in the house sitting on the market for a while and eventually forcing you to lower your price. With Jim, I felt like we were right in the middle: our pricing strategy generated interest from buyers. We received 7 offers, all of which were competitive, and we eventually got a selling price we were happy with. His fees are also very competitive, and I felt that the service he provided was an excellent value. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Jim did a fantastic job at helping us find our dream home! We are first time home buyers and had a lot of questions/concerns about the entire process. Jim helped us in all the home buying steps - showing us interesting properties, helping us make an offer, making sure that the deal goes through after offer is accepted, assist in home inspection, communicating with loan officer and helping close the property in time. What I really liked about him is that every property we visited, he would let us know the pros and cons of the property such as roof condition, condition of interior/exterior, health of water heater, etc which helped to gauge overall condition of the house. This is the second time we have hired Jim. The first time was when we bought our first home, and recently the second time, when we decided to sell our home. Right from the start Jim was honest, knowledgeable, helpful and his attention to details was solid. He was always available and take the time to explain things to us when we have questions. The first time he brought the comps, he gave us a fair estimate of how much we can sell our house for. During open house he helped us with repairs and cleaning. Up to the moment we closed he was very involved with the repairs, inspections and everything that comes with escrow to make sure everything goes smoothly. He was always on time (and if he isn't he calls ahead) and constantly gave us updates regarding what's going on with the sale. Very respectful as well and does his best to ensure buyers and sellers are all on the same page. Since we've hired him twice, we are very confident that Jim is the go to person for anything real estate. He goes above and beyond what he needs to do which results in our complete peace of mind. No doubt we will be contacting him again when we're ready to buy a new home again (or pursue other real-estate deals).

Jim helped me buy my condominium in 2005, and this year I was happy to hire him again to sell it. Jim provides personal service. He is easy to reach and always willing to come and consult and discuss. He kept me informed about showings and the escrow. At no extra cost he helped me with many chores such as: installing smoke alarms and patching some wall holes etc. When the condo was ready he hired a professional photographer for great photos and glossy flyers. When you work with Jim he sends you a listing of all the houses that are available on the market through the internet , which was very convenient. You pick which house you like and then schedule a time to go and see it. We went through about 40+ houses with Jim until actually picking the one that we liked. He was very patient and understanding. It took roughly 4 to 5 months for us to find our house and then close due to the short sale (had it not been a short sale this would have been significantly shorter).
