 + -1 moreHe arrived quickly, had me in my house in 1 minutes time. He charged me the amount that was quoted over the phone. I've used other locksmiths in the past, who took over an hour to arrive past the quoted time, then pressured me to pay more once they arrived. I plan to use Industrial Lock & Safe from now one. (FYI I don't recall the exact date of service, yet I recall the quality of service just fine!)
Description of Work: Unlocked my front door.

 + -1 moreI gave Mark the scope of the work I wanted done. He asked a few questions and the next thing I knew he was handing me the bill. No complaints from and of my employees about him being in the way or making noise. You hardly know he is onsite
Description of Work: I had Mark re-key my entire warehouse after the departure of a disgruntled employee. As always, he arrived on time, was fast accurate and cleanup up his work area. I've used Mark at home, at work and as a subcontractor to us on work we have performed. He is honest, knowledgeable, has reasonable pricing and is easy to work with. I recommend him highly

 + -1 moreMark is efficient, fast and honest. He knows every aspect of his industry. He is polite, always cleans up after himself an when he makes an appointment he's always on time
Description of Work: I've had Mark do work for me both at home. In most cases it was re-keying and replacing worn out locks. I've also used him as a sub contractor on jobs where i need custom lockwork doen.

 + -1 moreVERY POLITE AND ON TIME. FIXED DOORS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY HAD VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY HAD DONE. GOOD PRICE AS WELL. WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.
