+ -1 moreTHE RATES WERE COMPETITIVE. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIVE. IT WAS THE SMOOTHEST, EASIEST REFINANCE I HAVE EVER DONE. THE LOAN PROCESSOR THAT HE WORKS WITH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KIND. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY. HE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS, NEVER MADE ME WAIT. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I WILL ALWAYS USE HIM IN THE FUTURE.
