Incredible Interiors

I was looking for an interior designer to help me with my condo in San Diego. I live out of state, and made an appointment with Incredible Interiors on a day I would be in San Diego. Rhonda arrived at the condo and we discussed my needs and thoughts, and she was going to put together a plan for furniture, rugs, art work, etc. I never heard from her again. I contacted her many times and never got a response. I contacted the company and got a response that she would be in touch with me soon and I could go on line and find artwork (ok, that's what I was hiring them for). I never received any further correspondence or response from them. I am only in San Diego occasionally and although their lack of response didn't cost me anything financially, it was a waste of my time and effort and now I have to start the process all over again.

We contracted Rhonda Parks, owner of Incredible Interiors, to update our home. What initially started as a few minor tweaks to furniture and draperies turned into a major remodel of our home. Rhonda was invaluable throughout the process. Not only is she a professional’s professional, she’s one of the nicest, kindest individuals you will ever meet. There were literally hundreds of choices to be made from major appliances to the correct leather on the buttons of the bar stool backs. Rhonda listens first and then guides you to your vision. To her every decision was important, regardless how minute. She was always available no matter how trivial the question and returned phone calls immediately. Not only did she help us with design and decor she also gave us access to the best tradesmen in the business. She coordinated the entire six month undertaking to insure it was a seamless project from start to finish. Her team of master craftsmen would be at the top of anyone’s short list. As in any project of this scale there are always unexpected problems that arise. Rhonda is the great problem solver. She repeated many times there isn’t anything that can’t be fixed. And fix it she did. Every time a problem popped up she harmonized the plan with those involved to resolve the issue. Even though we have a modest home she turned it into something very exceptional. We can’t thank her enough for what she has done for us. If you are in search of a very special person to help you then look no further. Rhonda Parks of Incredible Interiors is that person.
