 + -1 moreVictor came to give us an estimate and scheduled the job to be done within a few days. He pointed out that my canvas window awnings might get damaged from the heavy tarps and that I might want to consider removing them. I was unable to find anyone who could do it on such short notice so I decided to just take my chances and hope for the best. The crew was amazing. My awnings were not damaged at all. From start to finish everything took less than a week. When they showed up, the lead for his crew was very polite and told me everything he was going to do and reminded me of everything I needed to do. It took two days to complete the job. The first day was spent fumigating it and the second day they had electric fans and such to air the house out. We returned on the second day just as they were finishing up and when we walked into the house we couldn't smell any chemicals at all. Everything smelled fresh. The first time I had my house fumigated by a different company 11 years ago and they were in and out in 24 hours. I just never had the feeling then that the job had been done thoroughly, so I was really glad that Victor and his crew took the time to make sure everything was being done right.

Description of Work: Provided termite inspection, damaged wood repair, and spot treatment for termites to support mortgage refinance. Overall great experience! Showed up on time for inspection, provided timely estimate and worked with my schedule and weather to get the work done. Due to timeline for refinance I was in a crunch time-wise to get the inspection done so the closing for the refi could be scheduled. Hungry Termite came through with getting the work done quickly (and correctly!) then providing the completion certificate so the refi could stay on schedule. I was very pleased with the end result of the wood repairs and especially pleased with their flexibility in starting and completing the job around wet weather. | |I'd had some wood repair done a few years ago and the Hungry Termite price for the wood repair they completed seemed high compared to what I paid in the past. However, the inspection and termite treatment prices seemed fair and competitive. The wood repair work does seem to be high quality though. | |One other plus - after the inspection Victor discussed several options for me to proceed and gave prices and timelines for each option. This greatly helped my decision making process and was much appreciated!

In fact it was $1000 dollars cheaper than what I was quoted by another company a year before. Instructions were clear and we had no problems with the process. Unlike other fumigation companies I didn't have to wait days (sometimes a week) for a quote, instead Victor quoted me a price on the spot--I was thrilled with the price and we sealed the deal. The whole process was seamless. Victor is very professional, honest, and knows everything there is to know about termite treatments. He was always available for questions/concerns, and promptly returned all phone calls.
