Housecall Property Inspections

Darin was fabulous! So thorough and explains everything. We asked Darin to come out for a second inspection on our new home. He found all sorts of things the first inspector missed, including a hidden crawl space to the attic! Since he is qualified, we also asked him to inspect for mold and moisture issues. Those two services cost over 700, but he gave us a great discount since he was doing everything at once. He ran over into his next appt, but we never felt rushed and he made sure all our questions were answered before he headed out. Suggest getting morning appt, as Darin takes his time with clients. He even went above and beyond, inspecting our fence and outlying shed, which is not required of home inspector. When our mortgage company asked for a foundation report, we called Darin again. He's the best.

Spent 3 hours with us, going over every detail of the house. The owners were actually upset because he was being so picky about everything - which is great as he really worked for us as the buyers. Since we were first time buyers, he made sure to give advice about extra tidbits on how to maintain a house properly. The report was also very professional with nice pictures. Would definitely use again.
