Description of Work: Years ago Hi Tech identified termite and dry rot that Truly Nolan had overlooked. Truly Nolan was the seller's termite inspector and we bought our house believing it was free of problems. Within weeks of moving in we saw piles termite shavings and tapped to find hollow wood. Truly Nolan would not come back to address their deficiencies until I wrote to the State Pest Control Board. Then they agreed to pay for the remediation. I hired Hi Tech since they were great at my old condo and since they do not use dangerous chemicals and have alternatives to tenting. We have had them out for annual inspections ever since. They have caught several problems at early, easy to fix stages that I've used handymen to take care of.

Description of Work: Received an inspection and was given an estimate back in October 2015. Called in mid-Jan to let them know we wanted the treatment done and they honored their nearly 4 month old estimate. Their serviceman Chris showed up at the appointed hour, was very professional and also very personable...an outstanding rep for his company. He spent nearly 5 hours completing the job and left the premises as clean as he found them. Superb job.

Description of Work: Used there treatment with microwave and injection to treat for termites. Hard working and seemed to be very competent and efficient. Treatment took about 6 hours and did not displace the people indoors in any way. Warranty for 3 years so will have to see how it works but I am pretty confident in the treatment at this point.

Description of Work: Treated for wood termites on outside of duplex with tremidor and microwave treatment on inside areas. Steve Barton worked up initial bid. He was very informative and professional. Corey was the technician who completed the work. He was focused and did a nice job. The treatment was guaranteed for 3 years with yearly renewable after that time frame for $265/yr. Very pleased they used microwave for inside areas. Impressed with this company.
