+ -1 moreMarty Castro was an amazing agent. He is very well connected putting us in touch with a great loan guy. We got pre-approved and we were looking at houses within the week. Marty never wasted our time. He learned what we were after and quickly tailored that to make sure we were seeing quality homes. We ended up putting an offer on a short sale. He is very experienced with short sales. We closed in 60 days which is unheard of. He walked us through the whole process always positive, very patient, and giving his honest opinion if we were off base. He saved us from putting an offer on a money pit. We are so thankful that we were steered his way.
