I couldn’t have found a better service to move everything. They didn’t just go the extra mile. They made what could’ve been a troublesome experience one of the best in my life.

Great Sergi and his team were fantastic. Good communication, on time and cost as quoted. Definitely recommend them for local and long distance moving needs.

The crew was late by ~50min, but I think they had shortage in crew today. Once the job got going, they were quick and easy to get along with. If it weren’t for the delay, this would be a 5 and I would use them again!

The guy who I spoke with on the phone was like “yeah hello, you called” like W**? What company calls and answers like that? He was like “I don’t think you should have called us because it’s not worth our time to move your one bed long distance”. I personally think that they were rude and after the estimate call I just didn’t want to book with people who are uninterested in customers. I have no idea how they have such a high rating with that customer service.

3 men at $165.00 per hour seemed like enough as they took apart the 5 beds and pack 3 bedrooms and a loft without too much difficulty. But 4 of the beds were steel, fastened together with nuts and bolts so took longer than expected. They worked hard moving all the heavy and large items but no appliances. Took 10 hours (which includes a 1 hour lunch we told them to take) but they moved 4 beds, 3 dressers, 5 piece sectional, a desk and miscellaneous items to the large loft which we really appreciated. Hard work and they worked hard.

Absolutely splendid. The two guys were on time and knew exactly what they were doing, had my stuff all stacked completely in the truck and then to my storage unit. I was shocked they were finished moving in such a short time and did it so well! Very pleasant, hardworking men and I would recommend them and Happy Movers to others!!

***DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!*** I thought this company would be reliable since I contracted them through Angies' List and they had the cheapest pricing but long behold... 1. These guys showed up late. 2. They disappeared with the moving truck and my stuff for almost 2 hours! And charged me for it too! They claimed to have only taken a 30 minute break but finished loading my belongings at 12:45 and didn't appear at my new house until 15 till 3 pm. 4. They decided not to use their dolly's when unloading and were literally carrying the boxes in to my home one box at a time...Basically milking the time. 5. It took them maybe 2 hours to wrap and load but more than double the time to unload. ****Discretion: on their IG profile they show a moving crew completely different then the guys that showed up at my house. The scariest part was that these movers kept adding hours to the time it took them to pack, I caught on to it when I realized the movers were shooing me away from my previous home claiming they had to "organize" the truck and that's when they disappeared for 2 hours (with my belongings). I began to record and take picture of them arriving at my home because I had a bad feeling about these guys. And luckily my pictures came in handy because they tried claiming they worked 2 hours more than they did! And they wouldn't leave my house because they kept arguing with me about the hours they did not work. I was tempted to call the police. It wasn't until I showed them the videos and pictures I took of them arriving 2 hours later than what they were claiming. It was scary because my roommate and I (both women) had two strangers (movers) in our house unwilling to leave and blatantly lying about the time they had worked. They also broke a piece of furniture that I had! 8 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment -___- HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT HIRE THEM!

How lucky am I to have found Happy Home Movers and I am extremely grateful! I have moved a lot over the years and for the first time I would definitely hire them again. They were so professional and flexible and worked with me every step of the way with regards to the crazy building rules that I moved into up in Los Angeles. They worked hard and were extremely careful with my things. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dependable hardworking people to help eliminate the stress of moving in general. Jeff and Isaac worked tirelessly sorting boxes which were staying in 2 units and other items for transporting and loading. Before transporting items to my apartment, they also put all items from second unit into my primary unit. Jeff and Isaac took direction well, did the job in a timely manner and made sure every step of the way what they did was exactly what I wanted. It was a very hot day but they kept moving in spite of the heat. I would highly recommend this team.

Happy Movers was very accommodating to our unique situation. We had two storage units in two different parts of town and weren't able to calculate how big of a truck we would need to move all of our stuff from San Diego to Colorado Springs. The owner was very responsive through emails and text. He was flexible and was willing to have a second truck on stand-by in case we needed it, which we did. The other moving companies we spoke with were rigid and we would have overpaid. The owner of Happy Movers is also a good person to be around. He spent most of the loading day with us and his team making sure everything went smoothly. He also arrived at our new home in Colorado Springs to make sure the end part of it went well too. I would highly recommend them.

Good! They moved everything efficiently, timely and into a storage unit for us out of state. So much cheaper than the big companies that want to charge crazy rates for storage. When we found our new home we were able to hire a different company to move it out of storage. I so appreciated working with Sergey and his team to do work out how we wanted to do things. Appreciated their flexibility and accommodating us.
