A deep cleaning for a new home

The First two appointments were a No Show and I had to reschedule, The third did actually show up. I paid for the 6 hour service, but when I returned, there was still a lot to be done. The House was not that dirty to begin with. Still, The cleaning was Fair, but their is still dirt and dust that will need to be cleaned by me. He missed the valance on the blinds, the floor boards and the Sweeping and Mopping didn't clean the tile floor.

The man called and said he was given a wrong address. Never got the service and the charged Our credit card. We are in dispute with our bank in order to get reimbursed. When I tried to contact the company stating they were no-show they were very rude. Unwilling to help .

The person who set up the appointment with Handy said everything would be done for a Whole house move out. Kitchen, microwave, all appliances, under appliances cleaned. Bathrooms, baseboards cleaned and ready to be shown. Bedrooms cleaned, etc. They should have sent a team of people to help. They only sent one lady and she worked almost 7 hours but did not get everything done. She worked very hard! Kitchen was barely touched and fridge or oven not cleaned. I also asked them to clean back porch and there was no time. I’m trying to get in touch with Handy but you have to set up an account. I’ve tried calling their number and it is not connected. Handy.com/help leads you to a website but I can’t sign in. I’ve left messages on text for them to call. If Handy people see this I would appreciate you contacting me.

This review is for LA BARCA Cleaning Services. I did not see their name listed, unless they have changed their name since hiring them.

They cleaned everything i expected and some things I did not expect.

We need a print schedule so we are at home And some way to call Handy to dbl. Chec k. What if we are not available ? We almost missed last cleaning by minutes. Can you just dates and times so we can try to plan? Will be gone last 2 weeks in late Jan. Must cut a cleaning! How to deal?

Terrible! After telling her to clean my tile with the Crossover she used her own swifter. I immediately took out my Crossover cleaned the floor and showed her the dirty water that was still on my floor after she finished. Did not empty trash in Den or Laundry Room. Did not use my vacuum cleaner for the carpets as I asked her too. She preferred to use her own equipment and cleaning products which I did not and do not think were better than mine. Handy did nothing to compensate me for the poor job and even charged me the extra $99. cancellation fee. I will never use them again.

What she did was ok but only half was done and she left before finished We asked for a male cleaner and was not informed we were getting a women. To do a good job in a reasonable time we should have a couple. There is no place to call and discuss this. The number given was not a working number. I do not want to do business with a company like this. Please discontinue my service.

Handy sent me a "handyman" who happened to be an expert at moving! The door didn't have to be taken off the hinges; she (yes, my "handyman" was an awesome woman) managed to determine the right angle that allowed us to get it out the door and down the stairs.

Good, not great, but good. The low rating is due to the fact that our original cleaning was on 12/26 and the cleaner called off after she was supposed to start. The house was a bit of a mess from Christmas dinner, and this was a Christmas gift, so you can imagine how well that went over when she canceled.
