Fine, no issues, very pleased.
Description of Work: Bought new condo, very old furnace needed ck-up. Zach showed up on time, even called up a half hour before to let us know he was on the way. Furnace needed a part, also repaired the partially disconnected duct in the attic for a few bucks more. Definately would recommend.

Ben and Matt arrived early Monday morning and proceeded to dismantle the old system. Soon they were installing the new units. They even helped move the condenser to a better location on the side of the house. By Wednesday afternoon, we had cool air circulating throughout the whole house. That's the problem we had from before, there were parts of the (3,000 sq.ft.) house that never got cooled properly. Now thanks to Guthrie & Sons we are cool again, with a more energy efficient system. We would recommend them highly to all of our friends and others too.
Description of Work: Ben and Matt, after removing the 18 year old system, quickly installed an all new heating and air-conditioning system. This included but was not limited to, air ducts w/dampers,registers, an Air-conditioning unit, Furnace, and an air filter /cleaner.
