Pretty much a disaster from start to finish. They broke and had to repair the attic access trim 3 times. They neglected to attach the attic heat vent and we didn't know about it until months later when a roof inspector was up there. The garage air vent looked like it was installed by a 6-year-old. The contract called for a bathroom in-line exhaust fan but they brought one of those cheap ones you buy at Home Depot; we had to argue and insist they install what was in the contract. The best thing about this company is their handyman who came to fix the attic access trim and the garage combustion air vent. This is family-owned business and family members were part of the crew. You'd think they would do a decent job. [We did not submit a review at the time the work was done because we were so disgusted; however, we're submitting this now because you requested it.] In response to the service provider: It is true that Guthrie's fixed what it is in the first and third photos. The second and fourth photos, Guthrie's did not fix those. That is how they left them. We didn't know the heat vent from the attic through the roof wasn't attached until months later when we had a roof inspector up there. We had to hire another company to come and attach that.

They do outstanding work. When I was looking for a replacement furnace I was really hitting rock bottom on trying to find something I could afford. They came in at a good price. They've been following up on service and they've been keeping up with us for the past few years. They came in and checked on where we were as far as our air conditioning was, you know, getting ready for the summer months. They tweaked everything and it went great. It's been working fine.

They are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt.

Matt came to the house and walked me through all of my options for replacement, carefully explained all of the different models and financing options, and gave me a quote for all of the work I need to have done. I was able to schedule almost immediately and the installation was quick and efficient. I have had no problems and my only regret was not putting in the air conditioner too!

They were excellent. Everything that they did was excellent. I highly recommend them. The person that did everything was very professional. He knew what he was doing. He kept his feet clean when he was in the house, he put booties on. They were close to our house and I was pleasantly surprised.

It went very well. I don't have much to compare the price with. They came out right away. They were outstanding. They were able to come out very quickly and take care of the problem. That was the most important thing.

They are great. Excellent. I would say they are good at explaining. It was for an furnace. I have an old furnace, and they explained the choices and options for a new furnace. How it was set up. How it should be wired. What maintenance should be necessary, and all that. They were extremely good at explaining all that. I think it was competitive. It wasn't cheap, but I thought it was competitive. I was looking at top quality for an reasonable price, and that is what I got. I tried to cover all the bases. They were clear on their choices. They gave me good answers, and showed me all that was required. Its just the furnace, its not building an car.

What they installed was good, but wasn't done as good as it should have been done. They are better then mediocre, they were professional but they were costly and not thorough. All in all I ended up interacting with three people, the sales person and two installers. They were professional, they cleaned up after themselves and stayed out of my way. They didn't chit chat or stay on their phones, they worked the whole time.

The work took a couple days for four workers. They left the area clean. They were very personable and responsive.

They tried to sell me a bunch of stuff, told me that the air conditioner needed to be redone, or they said they can charge us $600 and hope we get by, but they can't make any guarantees, and it worked ever since. Overall they were professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

They were excellent! They put in duct work in my attic and even recommended someone else to install new insulation. I'm very happy with their work and I would recommend them.

It worked out very well. They are really good. They are responsive and quick. They seem to be very honest.

I am disappointed they had to come out again the next day to unclog it again. It did work the first day when they left, not sure what happened but they had to come again the next day.

I think it could be cheaper. The work took about forty five minutes to an hour. It was clean. It was good.

They worked out really good. I think it took about a full day to complete the work. The workers were fine and left the are really clean.

It has worked out beautifully. They have come out three times for different issues and they done each one wonderfully. Theyare so good on customer service. They also came to my parents house who are elderly, their toilet and/or shower didn't work, but I don't have time for plumbing issues, fixing handles and stuff. It is a little costly for the elderly, but we had to get it done. I called them, they have an online form you can fill out and they will call you the next morning. They are cool, they open at 7am. They are awesome, I have used them a few times. They installed a shower knob. There is a knob that turns the water on, you turn it left for hot and right for cold, well if fell off in my mothers hand. I thought I could just go to the store and get a new one, but it's an old part. It was just easier to call them, they have all those parts on the their truck, They went out and fixed it and it works beautifully. It is kinda pricey for the elderly but you have to do what you have to do. I just keep calling them because they are so prompt and courteous. I have used the $42 coupon on Angie's List. I'm sure there is work to still be needed in their house.

They did a good job there. I would if they are dealing with products that I had already have installed. If they aren't representing Tran, I can't use them. This was a brand new heater, and they ran the ERV, so it was a full day. There were two and three workers. One was sort of an runner, and two was on site the whole day. They did clean up.

I have used them in the past. We were selling a property and they came in and addressed some needs with the furnace and the air conditioning system. They did what they said they were going to do. They provided the service that was expected.

I highly recommend them. I had done my research on what an AC unit should cost for my size house, and their price was right in the ballpark of what I expected.
