Green Rock Cleaning Services

It's a pretty typical cleaning services. I use them because they use green products. They're nice and they're thorough.

I highly recommend this service for deep cleaning. They don't do dishes, which is a bit disconcerting, but it is the type of service that is really good for monthly cleaning, or cleaning before a party/gathering. We use them twice a month. The owner, Chris, is extremely professional. Quote is reasonable. Has never cancelled. Fit us in once on short notice when we desperately needed it.

They do a very good job and they are very easy to work with.

We started with an initial home cleaning, they did a very nice job and had good attention to detail. They were punctual and communicative. Throughlly dusted, vacumed and scrubbed the floors. The house felt very clean and didn't have any harsh odors from cleaning products. The natural, biodegradable products they use along with reusable microfiber cloths was a big selling point for us. The prices are very reasonable. They missed one spot but when I brought it to thier attention they were apoligitic and promised to get it next time and thereafter and have done so. We have them come twice a month now and are very happy.

We try to keep the house clean, but it is hard to keep up. Green Rock spent over 3 hours giving our house a thourough scrubbing and the three of them worked the entire time. After they left, it was hard to find any dust. We couldn't be happier with their service and will use them in the future.

They are very punctual and come every two weeks. There are usually two people and they bring their own cleaning products. The only thing they use of mine is a mop because I have a floor that we only use water and a very clean mop on. They are flexible about when they can come. I changed the schedule around because we were going on vacation and there were no problems. They will call if they can come a little early to see if it is okay. They do a very nice and thorough job. When I called around for pricing, they were the least expensive. Their quality is excellent and they are very professional.

Chris came by to give us an estimate before scheduling the first cleaning. He is very professional. When the schedule requires, he brings in additional workers, but usually he does the cleaning with one other worker. We have been very impressed with the cleaning and especially with Chris' professionalism. Would definitely recommend hiring them, as we have tried several other services and not found anyone as reliable and easy to work with as Green Rock.

They did an excellent job. Chris was very responsive, answered all my questions, and followed up on everything very quickly. The house is wonderfully clean!

We have had Chris and his extrodinary crew to clean our home 2 times and they are coming again today (11/19/09). The first time they did a Spring Cleaning; the best,most extensive cleaning we have ever had and we have been having our house cleaned here in Mission Beach for over 20 years. Believe me we have tried everyone and most were fine but none of them even come close to the caliber of service we got from Chris. Chis and his staff are very upbeat, delightful people which is an added bonus. We have found our housekeepers!!!

I had them come out in the last week to do the first cleaning that takes 3 hours and they are going to come every other week from now on. They cleaned everything and brought in ladders to clean the fans. They did the baseboards and scrubbed around the sink with a toothbrush. The first cleaning job was an expensive one and we also have a coupon for 10 $ off. They sent 3 people who spent 3 hours to get the job done. My house looks wonderful now. The cost for the next cleaning would be 75 $ and they expect to be here in about an hour and a half. They bring their own cleaning supplies. I have a bamboo floor which I want to be washed with only water and a mop. So, I supplied them a mop that has never touched soap. The price that they charge is good, as I did check with 2 other cleaning services by phone who were more expensive for the regular by-weekly cleaning. The quality of their work is excellent. They were very responsive, as I called them on a Friday and a guy came out to give me an estimate on a Saturday morning. They scheduled the first cleaning on a Wednesday afternoon and they were here on time. They cleaned my house and left. They were very punctual, as they were here a few minutes before 1 o'clock which was when they were supposed to be here. They were very professional as well.

Overall the quality of work is okay, I would not say excellent. My test of excellent is that I don't have to clean anything within a few days of having the house clean. There have been several weeks of scrubbing the sink, the grime around the sink stopper, scrubbing and mopping floors. I have voiced my concerns to the owner (Chris) and Chris he is very professional and his service recovery is excellent. I've used them for a couple of months and will continue to use them because I know Chris really cares. However if the quality of the work does not improve I will start to look for another company.

They are very thorough and careful. They are very receptive if I would like them to do anything different. They are a green company. They are pet friendly. I would highly recommend them.

The work they do is spectacular, my house is clean, fresh, and not toxic. I really can't say enough about how firendly, courteous and respectful this group of people is. There is nothing better than coming home to my apartment after Green Rock Cleaning has been there!

They show up on time every time and they do a thorough job. They are professional, clean and respectful. Highly recommended.

He and his assistant do a very good job. He cleans with non-toxic cleaners which I appreciate due to having pets who lick everything and lay on the floors. He is very responsive and if you ask him to focus on a specific problem area, he is always happy to. He has been wonderful so far and I plan to have him clean indefinitely.

Green Rock has been cleaning my house for the last month, doing an EXCEPTIONAL job, they are fast, inconspicuous, thorough, VERY competitively priced and totally GREEN, so I was happy to ask him to do the Move Out cleaning on one of our rentals. He reminded me he does CARPET CLEANING and would we like him to clean the carpets as well? I would normally call a chain company to come do the carpets, but, I'm SO happy I gave him the chance, the carpet practically looked NEW again. Every spot and stain was gone. And, it's a HUGE plus that he used environmentally friendly "GREEN" PRODUCTS, so there was no chemical smell when I entered the unit when he was done. If you want FULL SERVICE cleaning, Greenrock is the name to choose. Aside from the carpets, he did a complete cleaning of the entire condo and left no detail unaddress. He wiped down baseboards, light switches, etc.

Chris and his crew came in and completely cleaned this house we just purchased; it was pretty dusty and messy. They used their own materials and equipment, arrived in uniform, and more importantly, gave me a clean slate and cleaned inside every single drawer, cabinet, nook and cranny. I cannot recommend this superb company highly enough. Every step was punctual, professional, and tidy. Thanks for helping to make this old house our cozy home.

They are great. They communicate, their cleaning is also great, they use all green products which I am pleased with. I would recommend them to anyone.

EXCELLENT! Have recommended this company to others. Does exactly what is expected, is on time, very courteous. And uses "earth friendly" products whenever possible is just a bonus! And he speaks English.

Chris is very diligent and does a good job each time. It is his own business and therefore I think takes more pride in the job done; it is not "just a job" to him.
