+ -1 moreNever did perform the work because they didn't show up. I was told by Santos the owner that they would be there on Thur. 8/31 around 8:00-8:30 am. At 9:00am I called him and he said he'd be there within 45 min. 12:30pm, still no one so I called again and got his voicemail. I tried again about half hr later, still no answer. I then used my other phone which doesn't show my phone # and he answered right away. He told me he was waiting to see if the sod was available. I told him never mind and that I was very unhappy with his service! I waited all morning. I personally feel he had no intention of showing up. It's only because I used the other phone # that he answered.
Description of Work: Did not show up on the scheduled day.
