I wanted a breaker replaced. He tried convincing me to replace the whole breaker panel.

Arrived promptly and completed the job within the time promised

Contractor came out and gave an estimate a little lower than the other three estimates. After they got a couple hours into the job they said the price would be more because they had to trench more. I said no and he gave in and kept the original price. The next day he asked if I wanted the job inspected by the city. I said of course and that should be part of the price quoted. He said it would be $450 more because it is extra. I told him I would not pay more and he will need to have it inspected, not me as he said. I told him I would call the city inspection department and he gave in again and kept the price the same. Then it took five visits by the city inspector to pass the very simple job he did at my home. Hire at your own risk.

Very professional. Explained what needed to be done. Made recommendations for what else should be done, but no pressure.

In so many ways they were unprofessional from billing, to respecting my time by showing up when they said they would, to trying to charge me $1,000 to remove an old phone wire. I do not recommend them at all.
