..Emailed Paul, (The Owner) of the business on a Sunday afternoon and was SHOCKED to have him respond within 30 minutes with a very short questionnaire in regards to our Solar setup. How many Panels? Our physical address...Gave Paul info and he was back to me within 30 minutes. The time-frame in which he responded was just silly it was so quick and he quoted me a price which to be honest I felt was a little high but to be truthful we have not had these cleaned since they were installed so I had no clue as to what it should cost. I shopped around a bit and found these guys come highly recommended by all who use them including Solar Alliance of America who initially installed our system. I emailed Paul back and again, received a lightning fast response. Like he was sitting at his keyboard just waiting, I'M NOT KIDDING...LOL..We set it up and his guys were here 45 minutes early, Very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to work. Appx 90 minutes later they were done and they even used my camera to take before and after pictures for a reference point for me. I ALSO noticed an IMMEDIATE improvement in Solar output in regards to our enphase system that we have for monitoring our Array.. I am more than happy to introduce these hard working, ready to please workers to Angies List..Try them Guys. If you do have Solar Panels they do need to be cleaned and I don't know about you but I don't do heights anymore...DO IT!!!!!
