+ -1 moreThey technician arrived on time to the minute. This was very helpful since someone had to be at the site to, a meditation center, to open up the facilities. Everybody I talked to was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The office was always prompt in getting a quote out to me. The project went more smoothly than I anticipated.
Description of Work: The cost includes a preventative maintenance contract for one year for $396, repiping drainage systems for a 3 and 10 ton unit. And finding and fixing an intermittent problem which turned out to be a faulty smoke detector on the 10 ton unit. The work involved three trips, one trip was gratis. For the other two trips project were combined so as to save the cost of extra trips.
