+ 1 moreDoug Kalal is a very gifted landscape designer. We were so pleased with our plans (which had to be redesigned once due to concerns voiced by our HOA). Doug worked with us and our contractor all through the project to make sure that the right plants were placed in the right spots and that everything was accomplished according to the approved design. Doug is extremely knowledgeable regarding plants and trees and their correct placements for survival. He also has great ideas for hardscape as well as landscape. Doug is very professional, friendly and easy to work with. This was a wonderful experience for us.
Description of Work: Total landscape and hardscape redesign of our front and back yards including all new plants and trees for drought resistance; redesign of front sidewalk using stone top tumbled pavers to replace existing concrete; redesign of back patio using ribbons of stone top tumbled pavers throughout the existing concrete patio at regular intervals and around the edges; stone facade with capstone around two existing wood deck support beams at a height of 42"; all new lighting for front and back yards; and area of DG in the front for placement of a cafe table and chairs.
