BROKER WAS VERY HELPFUL, WILL SHOW ALL THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE. MAKES RECOMMENDATIONS AND PROVIDES YOU WITH ALL THINGS THAT WILL BENEFIT YOU AND WILL SAVE YOU MONEY AT A VERY REASONABLE CLOSING COSTS.
