I wish they had advised me that the blinds I purchased from them were not appropriate for pulling up completely as we had done with our previous mini blinds. However, product is good quality, price competitive, installation perfect.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We received 4 other quotes and Gotcha Covered beat them by 5-15,000 dollars. The quality of the materials Gotcha Covered uses was the same or better as the higher priced quotes. They were extremely professional and wasted no time. Gotcha Covered always was on time or a little bit early and answered every call or returned calls immediately. The instillation went extremely smoothly and they installed 27 blinds throughout the house in 4-5 hours. I can not say enough good things about them!

Because of the flu problem the factoryâ s were closed Ara kept me informed about the delays. I was surprised when he called and told me he had my blinds and could come today and install. I love them.
