The most superb service and attention for my home. Owner made trip to house to measure windows for blinds -- and then another trip to select correct blind color to match newly painted walls. PERFECT installation. Recommendation by Gotcha Covered on the actual blind selected for my rental property. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Other businesses could learn a lot from the owner of Gotcha Covered on what customer service means and a quality product. THE BEST of the BEST!

Ara was incredible, from start to finish! Other companies bids were twice as much and with a lead time of 12-16 weeks. Ara was able to measure and install within 2 weeks, before we moved in (which was our goal). He was thorough, informative, and proactive in his communication. I highly recommend him.

I was little disappointed on the length of time it took to receive blinds. Overall the company kept in good contact with me. The blinds are beautiful, exactly what I asked for. The blinds were installed quickly and look very well put together.

The sales person had good suggestions and was not pushing product to make bigger sales. He was very easy to work with; very professional! Project not installed yet.

Problem: Would have liked to know ahead of time that one window to ceiling window was not squared after measurements. One (1) out of six (6) window shade goes down but, shows a uneven gap on the sides. They came and tried to fix (only a little better after). I'm not sure if I would have had other options for window trimmings. I have to say though, Ara was accommodating. The bid was reasonable and think Ara is honest (just happened to missed this one window not squared). Otherwise, 5 stars for all.
