Ara was very friendly, accommodating and had some very good suggestions on treatments for my living room and bedroom windows. We proceeded with the living room curtains and loved them! Ara even made sure we got them in before Thanksgiving. Only thing I would suggest is to be sure you indicate in the invoice the color code and name pattern of the curtains because for some reason I thought I was getting a different color than what we ended up with. Not Ara s fault, just confusion on my end.

Just wish we had not hit a snag with a back order for my clients shutters, but Ara did his best to expedite things. He did get us shutters in 4-5 weeks from the order date, but we had be told the factory could do it in 2-3 weeks. Overall we were happy, just wished they had gotten installed sooner.

Ara was wonderful to work with! He worked within our budget and got us the shutters we dreamed of adding to our home without compromising quality or design.
