Ara was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. It was easy to coordinate times to come take measurements for the blinds. Gotcha Covered provided a wide range of selections for curtains and blackout shades & everything was made to fit. Installation was also smooth and they took away my old curtains. I didn't have to do anything except pick out the colors and specific blackout curtains I wanted. Highly recommended!

When it was time to deliver, I had to call them. The week they're supposed to call me, they didn't call me so I called them. When I called them, they responded right away. I have no problems with their professionalism and their price.

The blinds are comparable to Home Depot and Loewes in terms of quality, but the service and price are superior. He was great and the blinds looks fabulous

They brought swatches to match the color perfectly they came a few times but I thought it was very sweet that they traveled to help me. they were always on time and very courteous. The owner cam and put the drapes up for me himself.

My experience went well. The end price was more expensive than I anticipated. The blinds and the service turned out fine. There was one installer here doing the work and he was the best part of the entire process. He was quick and thorough and made sure everything looked clean when he was done.

Ara, the owner of the business, returned my calls promptly and was very helpful and patient, answering all my questions. When he came to measure the window and pick the correct blinds, he was very professional and made sure I got what I was looking for. I love the new blinds. It was a large window and we needed a 3-part blind on one track. It looks beautiful.

He a arrived promptly for the appointment, took measurements of all the windows, showed me many samples and I chose the one I wanted. I felt I received excellent service and he did not try to high-pressure me into buying more than I needed. Two weeks later Ara installed the blinds himself. I must admit they look better than expected. He was very professional and I would buy from him again.

Owner of Gotcha Covered is a very nice person, who came to my house give a free estimation. He was not pushy to us to buy his service, instead, he gave many useful suggestion like future window treatment replacement choice, current blinds cleaning recommendation etc. However, his products are in a higher end side and not many choices in middle class range. The price quote he gave is fair regarding the quality and quantity of the products, but still beyond our budget even with the big deal coupon, so we decide to ask for a refund.

The owner who places the order was very punctual and professional. He came on time, wrote up the order and said that the blinds would arrive in 7 to 10 days. The installer was not so responsive. After two weeks and having made three calls to the business to try to set up an appointment for installation, the owner came out and installed them himself the day I made the last call . He made sure that we were happy with the blinds and apologized for his installer who was very busy and not making calls to set up appointments.

He was wonderul, very professional and early for our appointment, in which I was appreciative. He gave me an estimate, however, I was unable to accept the estimate at this time. It was a little more expensive than what I had expected, but I was very impressed with him. He was very informative, personable and knowledgeable. Very nice man. I would highly recommend him to others.

back some fabrics cut incorrectly

I needed non-traditional window coverings because both my husband and I have allergies and so were trying to use as little fabric as possible in our remodel (and I don't have all day to stay home and clean blinds). We met Ara at a Rancho Bernardo street fair - he showed us photos and samples of and quot;panel tracksand quot; (sliding panels) that could be made out of woven wood. He had many patterns and textures to choose from, and we ended up doing the sliding doors with panel tracks and the widows with Roman shades. These were not cheap, but it's been about 5 years and they still look great. All I have to do is give them a little wipe with a damp cloth once in awhile. About 2 years later we had still not solved our closet door dilemma. I didn't want bi-folds, and I definitely didn't want those giant doors that slide across one another. I called up Ara and asked him if we could use the panel tracks as closet doors. He'd never done it but I was convinced it would work and indeed it has. They're easy to use and look great. A month or so ago I needed a repair done. Probably any handy-person could have done it, but I prefer to have someone who's familiar with the product. I emailed Ara, and within hours he put me in touch with his installer. Since it's been years since the original install I expected to pay for the repair, and the fee was quite reasonable. But what really impressed me was that not only did I get great customer service from Ara throughout the original purchase and install process, he was still and quot;there for meand quot; years later. His installers, too, have always been polite and professional. I'm almost sorry I have no more windows or closets left to cover, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat if I did.
