 + -1 moreAll work was performed in Richard's usual manner; quality workmanship. Richard fully explained his work plan, purchasing quality materials, scheduling work to coordinate with Seaside Roofing's Greg Sisson, and locating our replacement skylight for installation later. Richard explains every detail in a very customer friendly manner, avoiding any possible confusion by the customer. He performed the facia board replacement, helped Greg with the roof replacement by purchasing all required material in advance, and assisted in the new roof installation. Richard's friend Greg Sisson from Seaside Roofing (Owner Pat Steele) from Solona Beach also gave us a wonderful roof job, showing good quality workmanship is common among friends. After the new roofing work, Richard performed all the detail work to finalize the job, i.e. sealing, painting, drain installation, and lastly, the new skylight installation. My wife Marie and I are happy customers and highly recommend Mr. Richard Gonzalez.
Description of Work: Inspected patio room roof and skylight confirming need to replace wood rotted facia board, replace leaking skylight, and set up a new roof installation with Seaside Roofing's Greg Sisson, a close friend of Mr. Richard Gonzalez. Richard organized the entire project, making all the necessary purchases of materials, while keeping us fully informed during the whole job. Since Richard previously installed tile and wood flooring for us with such outstanding workmanship and with a customer friendly attitude, we decided to have him head up our patio room facia board replacement, coordinating with Seaside Roofing's Greg Sisson to install a new patio roof, and locate, purchase, and install a new replacement skylight.

Description of Work: Mr. Richard Gonzalez returned our call promptly, since before I joined Angie's list, he also assisted in selecting and performing Ceramic Tile installation in our hallway and kitchen; a job performed in the manner of an outstanding craftsman of 20 years. He arrived on Saturday, clearly described the work required, and began the job the following Monday. Richard is very customer friendly, helping guide you through the entire project, in addition to assisting in the purchase of customer provided materials. Mr. Gonzalez. is a perfectionist when it concerns his many crafts, which include other trades besides Tiles and Wood Flooring. His workmanship in installing our wood flooring laminate was absolutely beautiful and my wife Marie and I are very pleased and highly recommend Mr. Gonzalez. During and after the job, he took great care to protect the furniture and other items that required removal, and provided valuable knowledge and materials to ensure our new flooring was not damaged, when furniture was returned to the Patio Room. Mrs. Marie Wagner, and I are so happy we found Richard, who had done some major tile work during a rehabilation of the house next door, which led to our tile work, and this report of Wood Flooring.
