Description of Work: Cleaned house. Less than adequate job.

Description of Work: The cleaners used a dirty mop to clean my floors and as a result there was streaking. There were cobwebs on my kitchen ceiling that would have taken mere seconds to remove if they'd just looked up. They didn't clean the metal covers on my stovetop and I had to go back and scrub them. They missed a few baseboards and when I asked why the windows or sliding door weren't cleaned, I was informed they weren't included in the service. I left a list of things to be cleaned and several of them weren't done. I don't know if there was a miscommunication or what, but I'm not satisfied with the service they provided and I probably won't use Golden Shine again or recommend them. Description of Work: Eliminated all the little knicks and scratches on my 2004 Lexus RX330. Looks like a new car!

Description of Work: I scheduled a housecleaning with Golden Shine because my best friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. Scheduling a time was easy as they were flexible and offered weekend times. The cleaner was only slightly late, and called ahead of time that he was running behind. Despite this, he still gave me the full four hours and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: Basic cleaning services for 4 hrs was provided. Left 30 min earlier than time pre-paid. Vacuum they used was sub-standard, only skimmed the top, it was a small device strapped to the woman back !!!!

Description of Work: Mixed experience. My husband and I used Goldenshine on three occasions, and overall thought the customer service offered by the agency itself was pretty good but the cleaners weren't that reliable and there was no consistency. The first visit took approximately 4.5 hours. The cleaner did a pretty good job but missed some things and left some things haphazard (ie she moved rugs to clean under them and left them where she had moved them). She did a decent enough job that we gave her a generous tip and asked for her again for a couple weeks after, but gave specific feedback to the agency asking them to make sure she covered the missed/less satisfactory items for next time. For example, she left trash that she had emptied and bagged in our entryway instead of walking it out to the dumpster. The second visit was disappointing ans a waste of our time. The cleaner came 30 minutes late without a call to let us know (she had a one hour time window to arrive and came 30 minutes AFTER the time window). She left the place half-cleaned and we don't even know what she did while she was here other than wet the floor with her mop, dust a few surfaces, and halfheartedly clean the windows. When we expressed disappointment to Goldenshine, they went above and beyond to try and fix the issue. They gave us a credit on our account if we would try them again, so we agreed to try again. The third time, they sent a new cleaner. He was VERY efficient and trustworthy (cleaned in appx 2.5 hours) and left everything SPARKLING. Our place smelled wonderful. He had great attention to detail and we were very happy. We asked for him again on a biweekly or weekly basis but he is unavailable for regular cleanings, apparently. It also took Goldenshine at least couple weeks to let me know his schedule was unavailable, and I had to follow up with a second email asking about it, which was not up to par with the quick responses i had experienced previously with them. Given our mixed experience we're not sure if we would use them again and we have decided to look for a different (and hopefully more affordable) cleaner.

Cleaned the bedrooms: dusted the furniture, folded the clothes (requested), changed the sheets (requested), vacuumed the carpet. 3. Cleaned all the kitchen surfaces, cleaned out the refrigerator (requested) 4. Cleaned the remaining living area: dusted the furniture, polished the glass surfaces, swept and mopped the floors. 5. Organized linen closed (requested). 6. Cleaned up hairball stains on the carpet (courtesy).
