Description of Work: Once Pat realized that my renter had thoroughly cleaned up the mold in a closet and had hung dehumidifiers inside, he phoned me to tell me that it would not be necessary for him to inspect the closet at this time, and that if my renter saw a recurrence of the mold, she could call him at that time. | |Such honesty! Such integrity! I really appreciate that this company saved me the expense of an unnecessary inspection and mold treatment.

Description of Work: "I paid $99.00 to have the hideous odor in my home identified and analyzed if necessary. We were having new flooring put in by a contractor whom I did not trust. When the old floor was pulled up the odor was stifling. |The Gold Coast representatives were terrific. They assured me that it was normal and it would go away without any intervention. |I was impressed by their honesty. This was a situation where I might have been convinced to spend a lot of $$$ to buy their ""treatment for the smell"". |Did not happen. |The reps, Kurt and another gentleman, were professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Description of Work: I had a water heater in the garage that was leaking. They removed part of the walls where the leak was and brought in the huge fans to dry it out, then re-dry walled. I was sick during the process so was not able to pay much attention to it. The cost seemed high. I believe another company replaced the water heater. My landscaper says he knows of them and they are reputed to be good. I have a leak in a window so I will hire them again.

Description of Work: Due to a plumbing leak in an interior wall in the kitchen area of the condo they had to be called. We were able to get them to come within a day to come out and dry the areas affected. They properly overviewed everything they would be performing. I did have several questions along the way and everything was explained to me.
