Description of Work: We had some concerns that there might be a mold / mildew problem in our house. Gold coast checked it out and determined that there really was no problem. They were very professional and we felt assured that there was no problem.

Description of Work: I called Gold Coast to discuss "closet mold" issue in my home. Two young men arrived on time, ready to assess our home. Both men were professional and experienced. We discussed several options. All options were currently being deployed, i.e., dehumidifier, subfloor insulation ... the final two recommendations included double pane windows and wall insulation. Gold Coast provided exceptional service and assessed all possible remedies for our property "free of charge" ... again superb ... and no service charge. Description of Work: Water heater broke and flooded a vent under it and in the walls. Gold Coast to the rescue. These guys are the best. Their people take time to explain exactly what they are doing and are going to do. They are on time every time and really stepped up to take care of us. I will never use anyone else.
