Went well, with good follow up with the company.

Everything went okay, and the guy was very friendly. I think it is a very good company, and the guy is decent. We are going to have him again to check our AC.

Everything turned out well. They were responsive, arrived on time, and did good work.

The company responded to me in a very timely manner and set up an appointment that fit my time frame. The repair person arrived on time and was very professional. He did the required maintenance and answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again.

GGR Energy was good. My husband was very impressed with them. The part was something to do with our boiler and one part needed to be fixed. I guess it didn't have to be but it is working much better and he was very helpful.

He was especially attentive to our needs and lifestyle, and easy to work with. Unfortunately we were unable to follow through at this time and contract for the work, but are keeping it on file to do in the future. I would certainly recommend this company for upgrading energy efficiency. We purchased this audit as a "big deal". My rating for excellent quality is based on the quality and thoroughness of the audit and analysis of our needs, even though we did not do the construction.

Bought as a Big Deal from Angie's List. GGR contacted me the next day. Work was done within a week. Jason arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning the furnace. It is the original furnace in a 35 yr old house. Jason said his monitor showed some higher numbers (my husband understood this better than me) so told me that it may need to be replaced in the next couple of years. But there was no hard sell to replace it. I'm waiting to see if the maintenance results in a lower utility bill. I am satisfied with the service provided.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. The guy came in, tuned it and found an issue. He fixed it reasonably so it was fine. They were very responsive, seemed pretty straightforward and they did not seem like they were looking to find issues. When an issue was found they showed me what it was and gave me options, fix or don't fix, so I did not feel pressured.

They are professional, have good equipment. My furnace was beyond its life...

The service was excellent! The techician not only checked the furnace but crawled around in the attic to check the ductwork. He gave us information on the upkeep we needed to do in addition to information on the minor things we could do to improve the results of the furnace. Such as replacing the filter yearly, the advantages of installing a better thermostat, the adviseability of adding more insulation, and the inadviseability of replacing the duct work at this time as it shows no signs of leaking. He said the furnace is old but working well and would not need to be replaced unless we started having problems with it but there is no indication that should happen in the near future. We are VERY happy with the servce and will contact them in the future should we have trouble with the heating or air conditioning system.

When the service was performed the technician was thorough and professional. The only difficulty I encountered was in scheduling the service. It took 4 tries. The first appointment had to be canceled due to illness in my family. The following appointments had to be rescheduled due to unseasonable cold and the necessity to repair furnaces first and routine service after but as stated at the start when the technician was able to come he was excellent.

My husband was very impressed with the technician's knowledge and honesty. Unfortunately, the news was not good - our furnace was shot and had to be replaced completely. The technician took his time to answer all questions and also showed my husband what bad areas on the furnace (char marks) and why he deemed it unsafe to use. The technician ended the visit by saying that he needed to talk to his boss and would call us back. We did not hear back. I called a week or so later to ask about the furnace and the technician said that after talking to his boss, that the location of the furnace was in violation of code (the house was built in 1962) and had to be moved. After talking with the tech, we asked him to get an estimate for us and call us back. We did not hear back, so I called, again and finally the owner called us back. He explained to us the process and quoted that it would be about $11,000 to move the furnace, install new ducts, move the registers, etc. He said that because it was a short week (Thanksgiving) that he wouldn't be able to schedule his tech to come out until the following week. We never heard back. Needless to say, we went with another heating and air company and they were able to do the work and install AC for $6,500.

The home energy audit and representative that did the testing was outstanding. We had an ideas of what needed to be done and the results concurred with our recommendations. They not only suggested replacement of HVAC equipment, but also made it clear that ,much more savings would occur if we did more to improve the energy efficiency of our home 'envelope'. Leaky joints in attic space were sealed, more insulation added to the attic space and weather stripping of doors accomplished. We invested in high SEER rating heat pump systems and the future energy efficiency is yet to be determined with a summer in the desert. We did have some difficulties with communication at the start - wrong equipment was delivered, but in the end, the system appears to be working very well.

I cant remember what we paid but I know that it was a deal. He was very good and very informative. Wish we could have used them to get the work done, but they were unable to do the actual work. We have been gradually been diy. Would definitely use this company again.

GGR installed a new furnace and a new air conditioner. The installer, Jason, was very professional and willing to answer any questions I had. He came when he said he would and when he was finished, he cleaned up everything involved in the installation. My contact with this company was a very positive one.

He was pleasant and cordial throughout the visit.

Wow, perhaps the finest service I've ever received at home by a contractor! Jason was the service technician and phoned me well in advance of scheduled appointment. Jason informed me that he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier if desired or stay with scheduled time. It was nice to be offered this option! Upon Jason's arrival I was immediately impressed with his polite personality, excellent customer service and technical knowledge. He diagnosed and adjusted a few minor items in the furnace. Jason gave me a good education on the furnace operation and left me confident that it would run efficiently through the winter. I was totally impressed with this service call and feel that GGR Energy should be proud to have Jason on their team!

GGR Energy did a complete home energy efficiency inspection of my 45 years old home, including blower test for air duct leaks. They looked at the heating and cooling systems, insulation in the walls and attic, windows, doors, lighting, and provided a list of recommended upgrades. Their visit was in 2 parts. Their first visit was for an inspection which took over 2 hours, then the report was delivered ~1 week later in a subsequent visit. The report was very detailed with all of their findings, and proposed updates. They also provided an estimate in case I were to use their services to get the job done. I have not used their services yet to implement the proposed upgrades, so cannot comment on this part yet. However I would highly recommend GGR Energy for a comprehensive energy/efficiency assessment of your home. This is really useful information as a homeowner, given that the electric rates are climbing all the time.

The service provided to me by GGR Energy turned out fine. But after they initially fixed it, my furnace wouldn't go on. So, it took them a couple of weeks before they finally got back up. They're a little short of workers who can work on a furnace. But the guy really knows his job. They worked with me on it and they got it up and going. It was a transformer that went. So, they fixed that and now it works perfect. They also did some other stuff like to make the blower on my furnace worked a little easier. Since it's a older furnace, they also put a special filter in the inside of my house, which would allow me to change the filter inside of my house and not outside, saving me the hassle of going outside in the cold to change the filter. I didn't even know they made those.

They came to check the house, they did a very good job. They also recommended some energy saving tips.

They were great, we would not hesitate to use them again. The impressive part was the professional responsiveness. We had to coordinate the appointment with a tenant and Christian, the owner, worked with our schedules to make it happen quickly and conveniently. Jason, the technician who did the inspection, called ahead to confirm that he was on the way. He was efficient and gave us good recommendations. Good experience for us. Thanks GGR, and Angie's List.

They did fabulous and educated me on other things I wasn't aware of. I definitely appreciate it. They had excellent customer service.
