Description of Work: Inspected air conditioner completely. Identified a problem an came back to fix it later for a reasonable price. We will use them again.

He made several suggestions for our a/c unit which included a total replacement and other cost saving ideas that he had. He promised to send full estimate on two plans of action. We have not heard from him or the company.

Description of Work: Air conditioning tune-up. They did a good job. Did not try to sell me anything, which was impressive given that my air-conditioning unit is 16 years old.

Description of Work: They did an air conditioner check up. We have 2 units and the price was the same for the 2nd unit. The price was a little more because our smaller unit needed one new thing. We were very pleased with their service. They were a little late, but called to let us know.

Description of Work: They came in and did a complete weatherization of my house. From adding better insulation to the attic, to adding insulation to the outside walls, to completely sealing the venting system so that it was more efficient. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: This provider was not used because the Air Conditionar was not accessible, therefore their service was not used. The payment by PayPal should be canceled.

Description of Work: GGR performed a routine maintenance on my AC. The technician, Jason, explained what he was doing each step along the way. Jason called the AC maker and asked questions as he was not as familiar with the unit as others. He asked my permission to add coolant to the unit before doing so and explained the cost of adding it. He explained why a hard start kit would extend the life of the AC compressor, what it would do, and after calling the office, provided an estimate. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Check up AC. They said I could use more coolant. Didn't take perform service for additional cost. Then later I saw another angus list deal that included inspection and more refrigerant in the same price. Wish I would have known. I would have bought that one instead. The technician was prompt, courteous, professional, and put me at ease. After watching shows about how companies of this kind are able to gouge consumers. I felt confident and safe that I was dealing with a reputable company.

Description of Work: Great value for the audit-- Would have also been worth it to pay higher fee-- We got the angies list special on the home energy audit. Highly recommend esp. if you have asthmatic or sick kids at home---Finally got to the bottom of where all of the dust is coming from. Will also use the provide in the future for a re-roof on 2 of our properties. Highly recommend. | |
