Description of Work: The person that came out told me I had rats under the manufactured home and they had eaten away a lot of insulation, so I was losing a lot of my AC under the home. I phoned the exterminator - he did not find anything like that. The person that came said his boss would be out the following week - never heard from or seen him. I suspect they were embarrassed with what the guy told me needed to be done - when it did not actually need doing.

Description of Work: Very Helpful in instructing how I can make my A/C more efficient. I believe it was they who installed a new thermostat for the A/C. |I was very satisfied with their work. I was hoping that they would clean out the cold fins where the air passes through to become cold (they are usually clogged with dust), but they were very friendly and had many tips for us which should help us in the future. Description of Work: Inspection of current ac system was performed very thoroughly. As a result we are scheduling installation of a totally new system. Jason was a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: GGR representative, Jason Johnson, did an excellent job in restoring our second story air conditioner to work properly. We were impressed by his tenacious attitude in accomplishing the goal and have enjoyed the comfort of cool air during these hot summer days. Jason's customer service was very much appreciated.

Description of Work: No communications from the company. Guess they don't want my business. I did call them a number of times and left messages but they never called me back. I just want my money back and forget the whole unpleasant experience.

Description of Work: This service was for the inspection of my heating and air conditioning. I think he did a fine job, was very polite and professional. The cost of the service was minimal. I did have to pay a little more to charge up the a.c. unit.

Description of Work: He checked our heat pump and gave it an okay for now. He showed up early (he called first to get an ok) and was very fast and thorough. He did not try to sell us more work. He said we should call him if we had any problems , and he would come back with no service charge. Will use this company again.

Description of Work: Jason came out to do yearly tune up. He check my heat pump both inside and outside. He found problems with the performance of my 4 year old unit both inside and outside. He did not perform an corrections to the problems because my system is still under warranty and he said if he performed work it could cancel my warranty. He did not have any work receipts with him and said he took pictures and would email me his findings on 7/7/14. | |After more than a month and many emails I got a receipt listing part of the problems Jason said he saw with my unit and the pictures he took. It did not list any of the problems he said was wrong with the inside part of the unit. | |I do not blame GGR as they kept in touch with me and tried to get Jason to complete the work receipt. They were willing to schedule a weekend appointment stating "we want to keep our Angie's list members happy". However, when I went to schedule the appointment Jason did not want to do it on a weekend. | |Weekend appointments are important since I work and do not get home until after 6. So I took leave to do this. | |I have never had any repair work done without a work receipt showing what I paid for. Jason should had had this with him. When he finally sent me the email it should have listed all the problems he told me he saw- not just a couple.

Description of Work: Checked air conditioner, added freon.

Description of Work: The worker said that there was a leak in the system that required nearly complete replacement of the air conditioner fluid, but he did not determine where the leak was occurring, leaving an uncertainty about future leaks.
