+ -1 moreThey were over one hour late. Four of the five items they moved were damaged. The washing machine was dented, scratched, and had the drain hose broken. The chair base was broken, TV stand scratched, and table scratched. When I pointed out the damaged drain hose for the movers, they contacted the owner by telephone. The owner assured me over the telephone that the hose would be repaired immediately and to pay the full price of the move to the movers. Three weeks later, the drain hose still has not been repaired and the owner is ignoring me. Bad service and no honor. Others have had similar bad experiences.
Description of Work: I hired George's Helpers to move essentially five items (washing machine, desk chair, TV stand, desk, and table).
