Description of Work: Bad bad Bad!!! I got rave reviews about them. Nothing. I called and scheduled (that part was easy). Was given a 4 hour window. I begged for them to come early in the morning (8am, in the 8-12 window), they promised to try. No one showed up. No one called. ever. So I called customer service. twice. Even at the escalation department the treatment was generic and not caring. I called the next day, scheduled a new service. As I am writing this review, the windoe for service is shutting. No one ever showed up. I have wasted a LOT of time, a LOT of negative energy. I am very upset. Will NEVER recommend them. Beware
