GB SALES FLOOR & WINDOW COVERINGS

We worked with John Davidson of GB Sales Floor &Window Coverings to choose and install lovely window shades for my mother’s new home. He was patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process…a complete pleasure to work with. They are Beautiful, my mother LOVES them and are functionally perfect in terms of the way that we needed for them to allow in soft light yet afford privacy when needed as there are high rise buildings that surround her. Can’t thank you enough John !

Over the last 15 years we have used GB sales for our personal flooring needs as well as our clients. We have found them to have a wide selection, including options for all budgets. In our personal use of them, they have always been polite, professional and on time. They have done the flooring in our office, and our rental properties. We would highly recommend them.

The young man they sent out didn't know how to lay the floor correctly. He couldn't lay the molding right and then he had to call manager to replace the molding and it just wasn't the best of work. They put double molding. He wanted to take it off again and I said no thanks. I thought GB sales was going to do the install but the home supply store sent someone out. The floor looks fine but the molding just looks a little wrong.

We got bids from 5 well-known San Diego firms and one less known one. Most of the companies seemed competent and offered the brand and styles we ultimately chose, although one of the sales people did not show them to us on her visit. By the time Serena came to our house, we had pretty much decided what we wanted. She quickly and competently showed us what was available, confirming our choice. She was the only one of the sales reps who came with the person who does the measuring. When we decided to have G. B. Sales do our blinds, she didn't have to have someone come out and measure, which speeded things up considerably. Her quote was not the lowest or even the second lowest, but she was able to negotiate a lower price which we found satisfactory. She was also able to get the blinds ordered and installed almost immediately, faster than any of the other companies could promise. Installers were also quick and efficient. They returned twice to make the motorized blinds stack evenly.

WE HAVE BEEN USING GB SALES FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS TO INSTALL NEW CARPET AND VINYL IN APTS THAT ARE MANAGED BY THE COMPANY I WORK FOR. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE PROMPT, POLITE AND EFFICIENT. PRICE IS GOOD TOO!
