 + -1 moreEverything went so smoothly. The movers were waiting for the okay to bring the furniture while I stayed in the rental house. Incidentally, that property was owned by an attorney, and he had me replace all the carpeting, paint and maintain the premises. GL Keiser made all the arrangements with painters, carpet installers and accountical ceiling removers. It was a large tri-level home in Kensington.
Description of Work: Remove accoustical ceilings. Replace LR/DR/BR doors Remodel MBR window and door Remodel both bathrooms Install new F/A heater Install new hot water heater Install new tub/shower/surrounds both baths Install wall paper both baths Paint interior Replace carpet throughout house Replace concrete patio with re-designed stamped concrete in front/side/back of house Design and install steps to street Remove carpet in den. Install tile in kitchen/den and entry Install new lighting fixtures Den/MBR Create and install fountain in rear patio
