The work was meticulously done. ?My roof looks fantastic! ?Before I would drive up to my house and think "yuk, where did that come from?" ?I had no idea how dirty it really was,?until Sean took a before and after picture and sent it to me. ?It's well worth the money. ?If you've been told it's a messy process (i had been), do not worry. ?Sean cleans it all up and also can wash the windows (a life saver for me, as my long-time window washer cancelled that same morning!). Sean was on time (well early, but that was all good), expedient, and very professional. ?I love living in San Diego, especially when you can count on pros like Sean.

Excellent experience. Shawn was very booked when we first contacted him but was willing to give us a discount if we could wait a couple of weeks which we did. Showed up on time and was a very hard worker. He observed aw that there were a number of cobwebs and "winter dirt" on the stucco siding of the house and power washed that for no additional charge. Did an excellent job of cleaning up after he finished the job. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Working with Sean was an absolutely positive experience, from beginning to end. He responded the same day to my request for a quote and fit us very quickly into his schedule. He arrived promptly and worked the entire day cleaning our roof, which was absolutely filthy. He didn't leave until everything had been completed to his satisfaction. Our roof looks brand new and really makes our home stand out. Through it all, Sean was totally professional. This is someone who knows what he is doing, takes pride in his work, and will not call a job complete until it meets his exacting standards. I highly recommend his work!

Other providers wouldn't even take on the job because it was steep. The cost was quite reasonable. He was here for most of the day. The finished result was awesome and he worked really hard. We were very pleased.

Sean Moody of Fully Restored Pressure Washing spent 7+ hours pressure washing the concrete tile roof and stucco exterior of my home. The accumulation of dirt and ash from recent fires made the house look much more aged that it should. Afterwards, the house looks ten years younger than the neighbor houses. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, leaving nothing for me to do. Sean is a personable, easy-going young man that I will be happy to employ again.

Sean was great from the very start. Responding to emails, phone calls, to getting out to my house to bid the job. Scheduled the work to be performed and I'm very satisfied with results from his services. Def would recommend!

Sean responded promptly to my online inquiry and was out within a week to do the job. Our roof had never been cleaned (35 years old) and was very dirty with lots of leaves and algae. Sean did an excellent job and also cleaned up all the debris that came off the roof. He also voluntarily cleaned off the algae on some of the walls and on two concrete areas by the house at no extra charge. He did an excellent job and I would definitely call him again for any future needs.

Mr. Moody showed up on time and got to work right away. He was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. Our roof looks so much better, post pressure washing, that 2 neighbors have already stopped by to ask who did the work. He also sprayed off the sides of the house and the sidewalk which were filthy after the roof cleaning. It's not cheap but it looks like a tough physical job and it took him 2 full days.

Sean Moody arrived on time, explained the process, and quickly began the work starting from the roof and gutters and then doing the rest of the house, walkways, patio and driveway. We saw results immediately and were very pleased with the results. Whole process took about four and a half hours as we have a small house (approx. 1400 sq.ft.). Recommend Sean very highly. Worked very hard and took great care not to damage our tiles.

Really great experience. Sean showed up on time (few minutes early to set up, actually), and was very nice and professional. My roof had lots of algae and dirt on it...looked very old and weathered. Now it looks like a brand new roof. Sean spent 5 hours or so, cleaning all sides of the roof tiles so it looks perfect from every angle. He also went around the sides of the house, cleaning off any dirt runoff, and spraying the concrete around the house as well. Price was absolutely terrific, great value for the money. While he was on the roof, a neighbor came over to ask if Sean would go up on his roof for a few bucks and cover his chimney with a tarp (chimney top blew off in the storm). Sean was happy to oblige after he was done with my roof. Just a really great guy. Highly recommended.
