Very smooth. Owner came to view furniture, I drove to shop to pick out fabric and discuss shading of finish and additional would protection. Owner discussed limits of resurfacing. Owner picked up furniture. When completed , furniture returned by owner. Overall took place over several weeks.

Franco's was very professional and helpful. I took the chair in and they helped me pick out fabric. We also talked about the chair being a family heirloom that I wanted restored, but not refinished. I wanted the generations of baby rocking to be evident. When I went to pick up the chair, I saw that the back cushion was not satisfactory, so they happily re-did it to my satisfaction. It was due to lack of communication on my part, not theirs. 4

They took a very detailed love seat. They reupholstered it in a cream leather. They made it look like it was new.

So far, everything has gone well, and I'm pleased with the work they've done. One day however, I scheduled them to pick up the chairs, and they failed to keep the appointment. They didn't call me again until the next day. I wish to save my recommendations until they have completed the job.

He did a superb job. I thought that the price was very good. He is very friendly, very nice and very knowledgeable. He is very competent. His quality workmanship is quite good. I lived in France for many years and I have dealt with quite a few upholsters over there. He certainly has done as well as they did. I am very pleased with his work. I have given his card to two of my neighbors because they were impressed with the quality of his work. I would recommend them to anyone. I didn’t go to anyone else and so I can't say; I have no comparison. He is very responsive.

They were responsive and did the job on time and as promised.

We were very pleased with him. It worked out really well. He did it in a day and half. We liked him.

I had a cat tree that my cats had scratched the carpet covering (they were supposed to do that). It was looking very tacky and I asked Raul about it when he brought back some tables I had him refinish. He does excellent work -I had him refinish and reupholster an antique chair, make new cushions for my living room couch and also refinish my tables. He said he could do what I wanted so he took it with him. I recovered the cat tree because it was very sturdy and I couldn't find anything like it in the store. He brought it back yesterday and it looked better than new. He said he had to take it apart to get all areas covered with carpet. I was very pleased.

They did a fantastic job. I used them for an upholstered and refinished chair in the pas. , I sent them pictures in email on a Saturday for an estimate from Raul. He called me back within ten minutes of sending the pictures to help me and give me an estimate over the phone. He was very responsive and picked them up the following monday, and returned them three weeks later. The tables look like new and he did a beautiful job. The price included pickup and delivery which was important to me, too.

They did a very good job refinishing my chair. They reupholstered the back and seat of the chair and then disassembled my chair, stripped and refinished it, and reassembled for a very reasonable price.
